We do not provide dosage guidance, administration advice, or any information that implies human or animal use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from MMPeptides. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the products will be used solely for legitimate research purposes.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate. If an error is identified, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Payment

We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed securely. Payment must be received in full before any order is dispatched. We do not store your card details on our servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed before 4:00pm (GMT/BST), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day. UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 24 Tracked. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International or DHL Express.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £100. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. MMPeptides is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research materials and for safety and contamination reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our Contact page (mmpeptides.co.uk/pages/contact) with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

8. Product Information and Disclaimers

Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, health, or therapeutic advice. We make no claims regarding the suitability of any product for any specific research application.

Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on request. While we take every reasonable step to ensure product quality and purity, results may vary depending on storage, handling, and research conditions outside our control.
