What NAD+ is+
NAD+, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, is a naturally occurring dinucleotide coenzyme present in all living cells. It serves as a critical redox carrier, cycling between its oxidised and reduced forms to facilitate electron transfer in glycolysis, the TCA cycle and oxidative phosphorylation.
